A ji56 account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Ji56 will attempt to notify inactive account holders by email before classifying an account as dormant. Real-money wallet balances in dormant accounts remain the property of the Member and will be returned upon written request to support. Ji56 does not impose administrative fees on dormant accounts.
Ji56 currently supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, InstaPay, and PesoNet. Ji56 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and ₱500 for bank transfer methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallets and ₱500 for bank transfers. These minimums may be adjusted for specific promotional periods — check the cashier section for current limits.
Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank via InstaPay or PesoNet) are typically processed within 24 hours. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by real human dealers in professionally managed studios. Ji56 does not manipulate game outcomes. You may request closure of your ji56 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.
